Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to "O.M.No.733/A4/2018" dated 25.07.2018 issued by the 1st respondent, ordering that the seniority rank of the petitioner in the seniority list of B.T.Teachers is in correct position and to quash the above as illegal and consequently place the petitioner at Rank No.1 in the seniority of B.T. Teacher promotion list and order the promotion of the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.
