The second respondent died on 13.11.2017 leaving behind the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as his legal heirs. 2.These miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to substitute the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as respondents, since the cause of action survives on them.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objections for the same.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons cited above, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered.
