Crl.M.P.No.13521 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15205 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15205 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023 to report before respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act and the same has been taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.97 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15205 of 2023 dated 07.07.2023 is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police on summons.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
