This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal, against the order dated 07.10.2024 in STC.No.5395 of 2021, passed by the XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 20 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
