This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 139 days in representing the criminal appeal as against order dated 07.10.2024 passed in STC. No.5395 of 2019 on the file of learned 26th Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 139 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
