This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 56 days in preferring the above criminal appeal before this Court against the Judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur, Kancheepuram District made in C.C.No.30 of 2020 dated 08.04.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 56 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
