THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13213 of 2021 IN CRL OP.13125 of 2020 PUNITHAKUMAR [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, VELLORE, VELLORE DISTRICT.

CRIME NO.17 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 10817 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.13125 of 2020 dated 25.10.2021 concerned in the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 A.M., and thereafter the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 A.M. until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.GOVINDARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13125 of 2021 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the conditions imposed on them by order dated 28.09.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no merits in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
