With the consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that aggrieved by the order of the second respondent, the petitioner preferred an statutory appeal before the first respondent dated 03.08.2015. Since, no order has been passed, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.M.L.Mahendran, Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 03.08.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
