ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 302 IPC in Crime No.84 of 2021, seek bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners who are arrayed as A5 and A6 along with other accused persons had attacked and committed murder of the deceased. Hence this complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the fifth bail petition filed by the petitioners. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.17785 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 27.09.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that no change of circumstances arises for considering the fifth bail petition and further since the offence committed by the petitioners are very heinous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
