The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 408 and 109 of IPC in Crime No.428 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioners who were working as receptionists in a resort along with the other accused have suppressed the google pay account of the defacto complainant and have made the customers to make the payment to their own account and thereby, they have cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.9,14,218/-. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have acted only on the instructions of their Supervisor/A3 and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners by hiding the defacto complainant's google pay account, made the customers to deposit the payment to their own account and thereby, they have cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.9,14,218/-. He would further submit that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required and thereby, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Taking into account the nature of offence and also the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much required, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
