This Application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 164 days in filing petition to restore W.P.No.4632 of 2018, which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 08.02.2019.

2. Though this application was listed earlier on 13.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was again listed on 04.06.2024. Even on that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the same was directed to be listed on 13.06.2024. Even on 13.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court having left with no other option, directed the same to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session.

3. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss this application also for non-prosecution and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
