ORDER

Seeking enhanced compensation, the petitioner made a representation dated 05.05.2015. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the long pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of the said representation to the respondents along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
