Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.N.RANGESH KANNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.21386 of 2021 on 16.11.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Sankagiri Police Station, Salem District on monthly once i.e. first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 07/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
