This Criminal Original petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the Crime No. 144 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. It is made clear that since the petitioner is not an accused, he will not be harassed by the respondent.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
