2. Notice served to the second respondent and Mr.S.Kasirajan, learned counsel has offered to file Vakalath on behalf of the proposed respondents.

3. Heard both sides and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

4. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and being satisfied with the same, these Civil Miscellaneous Petition is orderd as prayed for and the proposed second respondent is impleaded as second respondent in the main CRP.

4.Registry is directed to make necessary amendments to the cause title and post the main C.R.P on 06.08.2024.
