Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submits that O.S.No.46 of 2017 filed before the District Munsif Court, Rasipuram was dismissed on November 15, 2022 on merits. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
2.In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
