ORDER

The above transfer petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.234 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent husband on instructions would submit that he has no objection to the transfer being ordered. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.234 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
