ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the appeal.
2. We have heard learned counsel on both sides on the prayer for condonation of delay in filing the appeal.
3. Considering the short period of delay and also the cause shown, though prayer is opposed by learned counsel for the respondent, we are inclined to condone the delay, without grant of further time.
