Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.

A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner on 27.10.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.10920 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4981 of 2020. Again, this application has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to complying with the conditions.
