C.M.P.No.19493 of 2023 in C.R.P.No.3484 of 2016 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J., C.M.P.No.19493 of 2023 has been filed seeking for transfer of I.A.No.8867 of 1988, in O.S.No.6994 of 1972 from the file of the V Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to be heard along with A.S.No.151 of 2012 pending on the file of I Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.This is an application for appointment of Receiver. 3.On the request of this Court, Mr.K.Ashok Chakravarthy, learned counsel has very graciously agreed to continue as a Receiver for the suit properties as well as to complete the warrant that had been issued to him as an Advocate Commissioner.

4. Therefore, there is no necessity to pass any orders in C.M.P.No.19493 of 2023.
