2. The private notice sent to respondents 2 and 3 has been delivered as evident from the tracking consignment note which has been filed along with the affidavit of service.

Therefore, there is deemed service on 2nd and 3rd respondents. The 1st respondent is represented by the counsel.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
