This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 20.03.2024 made in CC.No.477 of 2018 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.1, Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 74 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
