This Criminal Original Petition is filed to issue Non Traceable Certificate based on the complaint dated 16.11.2023. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on receipt of the complaint, enquiry was commenced by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police. However, summons issued to the petitioner herein returned with endorsement that she is not residing in that place. If the petitioner appeared for enquiry, the investigation will be done by following the guidelines issued by the DGP and appropriate order will be passed. 3.

Recording the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is hereby directed to participate in the enquiry and provide information regarding missing documents.
