W.M.P.No.28655 of 2025 W.M.P.No.28655 of 2025 in W.P.No.25490 of 2025 M.SUNDAR.J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of the 'original impugned notice issued by the fifth respondent dated 23.06.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Mr.N.Umpathi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners is before this Court.

3. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the original impugned order has been misplaced and therefore, a photocopy was filed in the typed-set of papers. 'The petitioner have been issued with the order impugned order, which is cyclostyled one, and the same is given to all parties, misplaced the original impugned order and therefore filing the xerox copies of the same....'

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
