ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 387 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.496 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that a complaint was filed by one Sumathi against the petitioner along with two others is that on 02.10.2021 the petitioner along with two others were trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused her with filthy language and threatened her with dire consequence and a knife point demanded money from the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that 10 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter and 10 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
