Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to strictly adhere to regulation 150 of Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988; while conducting the Annual General body meeting to be held on 15th September, 2016.
