Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in respect of the first site, the work will be over by the end of this month. But, in respect of the second site, it is not being found feasible to make construction on account of soil quality. Thus, another site has to be identified. 2.We direct that the other site be identified within one (1) week from today and necessary work be executed within nine (9) months thereafter, as prayed for by the petitioner before us.
