This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection apprehending danger at the hands of the petitioner's family members, since she has married a person by name Veeramani against wish of her family members.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that woman missing complaint given by the father of the petitioner registered in Crime No.111 of 2024 by the 3rd respondent police. On investigation, having found that the petitioner has eloped with one Veeramani on her own and got married and the complaint of the petitioner's father was closed as dropped. There is no threat to the petitioner and her family members. If any complaint received in this regard, same will be taken up for consideration. 2/4
