ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2021 by removing the fraudulent encumbrance in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Plot No.15, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Door No.27, New Door No.22, Krishna Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017, comprised in survey No.117/8, 118/5 and 120/3 T.S.No.6530 Block No.140 of T.Nagar Village, Mambalam Guindy Taluk, Chennai District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also seeks liberty to submit fresh complaint before the District Registrar concerned.

3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to submit fresh complaint before the District Registrar concerned as against the fraudulent sale deed executed by the third respondent, in the manner known to law. No order as to costs.
