Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, praying to punish the respondents 1 and 2 for willful disobedience and wanton act of violating the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.4128 of 2021 dated 23.02.2021.

O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 23.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4128 of 2021 has not been complied with.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.Chithra Sampath, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that the order of interim injunction has been suspended by this Court by an order dated 11.01.2022 and the order was also produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above, the directions that were issued to the second respondent will stand terminated and it will be left open to the parties to agitate their rights/grievances in the pending civil proceedings. It is made clear that any observations made by this Court while passing the orders in Page No. 2/3

the writ petition will not have any bearing and the parties are entitled to put forth all their claims without being impacted by the orders passed in writ petition.
