CMP.No.5494 of 2022 in S.A.No.997 of 2013 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2170 days to set aside the abatement caused by the death of 1st Appellant.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the 5th Petitioner, the delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation Conciliation Centre within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading this order on the website of this Court and this Petition is allowed.
