ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 911 of 2022, dated 27.01.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the said order passed by this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.717/Mining/2021, dated 25.10.2022 issued by the first respondent.

3. Recording the said compliance, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
