This petition is filed to condone the delay of 192 days in representing the CMA as against the award dated 19.10.2022 and made in MACTOP.No.613/2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in the IV Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.23392 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
