The Charge Memo issued to the writ petitioner by the second respondent in proceedings dated 01.03.2007 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.Even at the time of filing of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was aged about 52 years and now he is about 62 years of age. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be under taken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition and it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the appropriate competent authorities, if any grievances exist. 3.Thus, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
