This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to return the Gold Jewels to the petitioner weighing about 38.510 Grams, which were received by him on 24.11.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and an endorsement to that effect has also been made by him.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
