Saraswathi Ammal v. The Special Tahsildar

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in restoring the appeals which have been dismissed for proper non compliance.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objections in allowing these petitions.

3. Though the delay is huge, considering the nature of averments in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and in order to give a fair opportunity to the petitioners to agitate their appeal on merits, these petitions are allowed. 30.04.2025 vrc Note : The registry is directed to number the appeal today itself and send the same to the Court.
