2. The learned counsel for the respondent placed reliance of the proceedings of the management dated 21.05.2024 and submitted that 17-B wages, calculated at Rs.3,78,943/- has been paid to the petitioner through Citibank cheque No.072119 dated 15.05.2024.

3. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to claim any amount that may have left out of the total amount paid. 14.02.2025 gya Contempt Petition No.2228 of 2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/2
