2. This Court has disposed of the above Writ Petition by its order dated 24.09.2025 wherein, in Paragraph 5 of the order portion, it observed as follows:- "5. In the light of the above, this Court without expressing opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to respondents 5 to 9."

3. Now it is stated that the 2nd respondent is the appropriate authority to consider the representation of the petitioner and, not the 1st respondent. Hence, Paragraph 5 of the order dated 24.09.2025 is modified as follows:- "5. In the light of the above, this Court without expressing opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same

and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to respondents 5 to 9."

4. Registry is directed to carry out the said correction and issue corrected order copy.
