This petition has been filed to implead the 3rd respondent as one of the party respondent in the main writ petition as without the 3rd respondent the issue raised in this writ petition cannot be effectively heard and disposed.

2. Heard Mr.C.Gunasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Arunkumar Rajan, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent as he does not have any objection with regard to the impleadment, this impleading petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.
