The learned counsel for the appellant submits that hearing in the suit was over and the matter was reserved for judgment on 09.04.2022, but subsequently, the husband of the first petitioner and father of the petitioners 2 and 3 namely Nagaraj died on 17.04.2022. Therefore, the petitioners herein in the capacity of legal representatives have presented this petition.

2. Having satisfied with the reason given by the petitioner in the affidavit and the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this petition is ordered.
