have to be initiated under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. That stage has not come. Therefore, the Writ Petition itself is pre-mature. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed with a direction to the 2nd Respondent to take appropriate action in the manner known to law, under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959.
