This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 449 days in representing the second appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras", on or before 05.10.2023.

3. Post the matter on 12.10.2023 for reporting compliance.
