ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to notionally regularize the petitioners service by relaxing the rules after completion of ten years from the date of initial appointment as a plot Watcher on daily wages basis of the similar and junior persons seniority along with regular service for the purpose of getting pension and family pension in the light of Hon'ble Supreme court Judgement delivered in CA No.6798 of 2019 dated 2.9.2019 and Honble Madras High court orders passed in WP No.21627 of 2021 dated 7.10.2021 and WP(MD)No.15339 of 2024 dated 10.7.2024 were complied in G.O.(2D)NO.127 dated on 3.6.2023 and G.O.(2D) No.32, dated on 28.2.2025 of the 2nd respondent to confer all consequential pensionary benefits by the way of our common representation to the respondents within time frame.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are serving in the respondent department for more than 25 years. It is contention of the petitioners that the petitioners'service will be regularized after completion of 5 years of service based on G.O. Ms.No.52 Finance dated 14.01.1977 and G.O. Ms. No. 107 Personal and Administrative Department dated 05.02.1987. They were initially appointed during the year 1983. They have to be regularized with effect from their initial appointment. In this connection, they have sent common representation to the respondents on 19.06.2025 and the same is pending before them.
3. At this Juncture, the learned Additional Government pleader would submit that
they will consider the said representation on its own merit in accordance with law. 4.In such view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 19.06.2025 on its own merit and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
