O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order Rc. No.6842/A2/2001 dated 14.01.2003 passed by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Virudhunagar, directing the petitioner to be deputed to S.H.N.V.Middle School, Sivakasi in Virudhunagar District. 2.Today, a memo dated 20.07.2017 has been filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stating that the petitioner was relieved from service on 11.08.2004, and she has been subsequently paid salary from 14.01.2003 to 10.08.2004 by the Education Department by regularizing the period of her service from 14.01.2003 to 10.08.2004, taking note of her continued employment in the school of the fifth respondent.

3.Recording the above said facts and as nothing survives and remains for adjudication in the matter, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
