This petition is filed to delete the name of the petitioner/Second Respondent in the Writ Petition namely the Secretary to Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Fort St. George, Chennai -9 from the cause title and array of parties in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.12950 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned cousnel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the Writ Petition.
