ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader, who is directed to take notice.

2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner that she belongs to Kurumans (ST) community as per the application dated 27.6.2016 and reminder dated 24.8.2016.

3. It appears that the petitioner had submitted application on 27.6.2016 to the respondent seeking issuance of community certificate that she belongs to Kurumans (ST) community and a reminder on 24.8.2016 and since no order has been passed on her application, she has come forward with the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application in connection with issuance of community certificate, that the petitioner belongs to Kurumans (ST) community, which was filed in June 2016 is pending consideration and also reminder has been issued during August 2016 but so far no action has been taken.

5. It is for the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law to do the needful with regard to issuance of community certificate, on proper verification, within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is for the petitioner to produce all necessary documents in this regard. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
