O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.29562 of 2013, dated 14.09.2018.

2. Heard Mr.N.Ishtiaq Ahmed J.John Bosco, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the respondents have filed W.A.No.2831 of 2019 against the order dated 14.09.2018 in W.P.No.29562 of 2013 and stay has been granted by the Division Bench of this Court and also the matter has been referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

4. In view of the above fact, this contempt petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application if necessary.
