This petition has been filed to grant a period of four months to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in its order dated 07.11.2023 made in W.P.No.22998 of 2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is conducting the investigation after the receipt of the case from the erstwhile investigation agency and also examined some witnesses. However, they have to examine further witnesses to that effect, they have also filed an affidavit. Considering the above said reasons, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of three months to complete the investigation. Accordingly, ordered.
