Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition to amend the offences as Section 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) & 307 of IPC instead of 147, 148, 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.21305 of 2021 order dated 12.11.2021 in Crime No.309 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police and the same was ordered.
