This application has been filed to condone the delay of 218 days in filing the application to set aside the ex-parte order dated 16.02.2021 passed by the City Civil Court in the above O.S. No.8430 of 2019 since the case bundle has been transmitted before this Court and numbered as Tr.C.S. No.346 of 2021 as per the order dated 01.11.2021 of this Court in C.S. No.895 of 2010 and C.S. No.420 of 2014 and O.A. No.1136 and 1137 of 2010.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants/defendants and perused the affidavit filed in support of this application.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has not opposed to allow the application.
